About Us:

Our entire team is dedicated to making your visit with us as pleasant as possible. Without waiting times, in a comfortable setting, with a drink and a warm refreshment towel after the treatment, you will feel well taken care of.

However, some patients experience panic attacks in addition to common anxiety symptoms (trembling, sweating, rapid heartbeat) when visiting a dentist. We strive to help you: through specific conversations, we cautiously introduce you to the initial treatment steps.

Gentle and painless treatment methods assist with this. If desired, we can resort to pre-medication, sedation, or anesthesia with an experienced anesthesiologist present.

Tasks

As a Dental Assistant (ZFA), you play a key role in our team. Your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting our dentists with treatments and procedures
• Preparing and setting up treatment rooms and instruments
• Conducting prophylaxis measures and assisting in dental procedures
• Patient care before, during, and after treatments
• Administrative tasks, including scheduling and managing patient records

Qualifications

We are looking for a committed, team-oriented, and patient-friendly person with the following qualifications:

• Completed training as a dental assistant
• Experience in assisting with dental treatments is an advantage but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A high level of empathy and the ability to create a positive patient experience
• Willingness for further training and developing new skills
